STORE POLICY

We offer a 2 day guarantee on our Regular polish applications and a 7 day guarantee on our Color Gel applications. Should your manicure or pedicure chip within this time frame, we will fix them free of charge.

We ask that you  give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Although we highly recommend appointments, we do accept walk in clients depending upon our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule.

Please note we allow 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be subject to a cancellation.

A 30% deposit is required. Any changes to time or services has to be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
